20th Annual Festival — Possible 3rd Day & 2nd Stage!

Thank you for applying to vend at Chickenstock Music Festival. Please review the details below before submitting your application.

Dates: Friday June 12 & Saturday June 13, 2026 (with a likely Thursday addition)
Location: Chicken Gold Camp, 1/4 Mile Airport Road — Chicken, Alaska
Expected Attendance: ~1,000 adults • 400 youth • 200 artists/vendors/volunteers

Food Vending Availability: Limited to 4–7 food vendors. Menu is required — we avoid duplicate offerings.

Minimum Hours of Operation:
Fri & Sat: 12 PM – Midnight (short breaks okay; may remain open later. Exception only if sold out).

Optional Extended Hours (preferred):
Thu 5–8 PM • Fri 9 AM–12 PM • Sat 9 AM–12 PM • Sun 8–11 AM
Participation may influence selection.

Set-up / Tear-down:
Arrive & in place by Thu 6 PM.
Setup: Thu 12–10 PM & Fri 8 AM–12 PM. Must be open by Fri 12 PM.
Tear-down: Sun 8 AM–4 PM.
Extra vehicles/trailers must be outside the gate by Fri 10 AM. Re-entry not permitted until Sun 10 AM.
Camping fees apply if arriving early or departing after tear-down hours.

Onsite Services & Limitations:
No power provided. Limited water & trash support — vendors encouraged to haul in/out.
No styrofoam allowed. Burnable and non-burnable trash must be separated.
WiFi is satellite-based (light usage only). A credit-card processing code for one device will be provided.

Vending Space:
Space provided for one vending unit (tent/trailer/truck). Extra vehicle/trailer/camp units placed nearby.
Provide dimensions & needs in the application.

Vendor Camping:
Sleeping inside booth encouraged. Extra tents/camp gear placed nearby.
Thu–Sat camping for contracted staff included; extras must purchase camping/tickets.

Fees:
10% gross + $500 non-refundable deposit (applied toward event fee).
Optional discount available for accepting food tokens for volunteers.

Responsibilities:
Vendors must provide fire extinguisher, weather cover, and hold required permits/insurance.
Vendors are fully responsible for their own property.

Tickets:
Vendor contracts include festival tickets for staff. Additional team members must purchase tickets.
